What's Wrong With Me?

Honestly!?
I don't know what's happening to me. .

I can't think right,
I can't eat right,
I can't walk right,
I can't feel right too. .

I don't know what's wrong with me. .
I keep getting headaches. .
I also keep receiving messages in forms of dreams or thoughts that I'm dying. .
Am I Thinking too much or is my end just near?
I feel feverish at times and I feel hot even when It's get cold. .

I don't know what I'm saying at times,
And everything is just a blur. . *mumbling*

I can't feel anything at times,
And yet, sometimes. .i feel so much pain, misery && stress. .

One second I feel Happy High And Crazy,
And another, I feel Sad, Depressed And Quiet. . PS
